Apps easy to use, efficient, clever!! I recommend strongly to anyone this apps and even more when using different cameras during thé same trip.

This app is great! It is simple and easy-to-use. It does work with any camera and I am amazed by the fact that you dont need to sync your iPhones time and your cameras. Even when you travel from a time zone to another, the apps figures that out and geotags all the photos with the right day and the right location. This is a must-have app for any photographer. I recommend it!

No training, it just works perfectly. We use 2 cameras at the same time and upload the photos to a Mac.

This worked like it was supposed to - dont know what the other reviewer was referring to. I am a pro and shooting with 2 or 3 cameras continuously. Having the ability to dump all the files into one folder - with the QR code - and having them all tagged correctly is a plus. Good concept. Keep improving it!!

A little bit complicated using proportionally application but otherwise better then expensive alternatives ...

Download it on your Iphone then go to the web sit and get the GPS4 cams for your computer ,turn on the software on your phone export take a picture of the bar code on your phone with your camera you want to geo tag ,use the software on you computer to tag the photos select the card reader and files on it do it twice then upload to iphoto.

An excellent program and very easy to use especially tagging photos with PC. The trip records are useful for me to keep track of all the places visited. As I like to travel a lot, I often share my trips with friends but the trips only indicate date and time. I would like to have the feature of entering each record with the trip names. For example: To Perterborough, From Toronto to Barrie etc. In this case, I do not have to open each date to check the trip. Thanks for further developing new features.

Does not work as advertised.

Geotagging couldnt be any easier. gps4cam works perfectly and is easy to use (once you figure out how to "export" a trip by photographing the QR code and including the image with all the photos to be geotagged). The only tricky bit is getting a good quality shot of the QR code. Reflections on the glossy iPhone screen can obscure parts of the code, rendering it useless. I take about three photos just to be sure I get one good one, and then I boost the contrast in Photoshop and correct any perspective distortions before running it through the gps4cam desktop app.

I travel all over the world taking pictures and this app is a key component of my photography workflow. Works like a charm!

Very useful. I use it all the time now. I dont use my external Nikon GPS anymore.

Easy to use. The recorded maps are a good tool for recall the trips.

Intelligently handles a lot of what other apps cant, namely time syncing. It syncs your camera time to your phone and includes all route information right on the card with a picture of a QR code, brilliant! No transferring extra stuff or making sure everything is in sync perfectly. An app on your desktop automatically corrects the time with your phone and adds coordinates to your pictures.

I have been wanting to geotag my pictures for loading into iPhoto, then looking at in "Places" view. This does the trick, at a very, very affordable price. I have considered an attachment for my digital SLR to have the camera geotag on the fly (expensive, and extra kit). Ive even looked at "dongles" that capture location data, then, you upload to your computer to "match" with your pictures. I used this app, over a 4 day period (pausing my trip in progress), taking over 400 pictures, all being localized by merging using the free downloaded utility that reads the "bar code". SNAP! Very nice. Looking for enhancements as they come...

I purchased gps4cam app for a trip to Colombia because one of its features was that it did not need the network. It worked great in the US but when i put airplane mode on my iphone it does not work. I also removed the simm from the iphone and it does not work either, it does not get a single location. I have a 4G iphone.

Works well. Battery drain not a big problem. Processing the photos to tag them afterwards does take a while on my admittedly not too swift netbook.
